I'm Losing my hair

For some reason my hair is disappearing and good portion of my head is gone as well. Not only that I'm apparently becoming transparent as well to some extent. Things stay normal if I have active spell on me like pack mule or become ethereal shout, but the minute the active effect wears off and I unequipped or equip my helmet it goes back to being buggy.
