Astrid causing CTD

I'm having this problem in game where Astrid is causing game to CTD. I tried starting Dark Brotherhood quest and as abandoned shack stage came the game CTD. At first i thought it was abandoned shack but it turned out to be Astrid. Even if i try to spawn her by player,placeatme command the game CTD immediately. I've tried using no mods and clean save and still as soon as i try to spawn Astrid game crashes. With just vanilla game and brand new save i can't see to spawn Astrid as game crashes.

 

I've tried options like unistalling all NPC mods and even in vanilla game then when i try to spawn Astrid game CTD.

I see you're a long time Nexus member so I hate to ask, but did you do what you could to make your game stable, like; clean masters, bashed patch?

Personally I would use SSEEdit to see what may be conflicting with the Skyrim Ladies Astrid.esp as that seems the most logical place to start.

When you can see where the conflicts are you could try disabling some of those mods to see if that helps

I have clean masters,haven't got a bashed patch as honestly haven't used Wrye Bash.

 

Also i tried starting new vanilla game and whenever i try "help Astrid" command i get this extra stuff like VTYP GFemale Unique Astrid and HDPT FemaleHeadNordAstrid. What are these as i don't have any mod installed yet on this save game except Alternate Start.

I'm still in a fairly early learning curve but I think that's just info, like voice type & head part data. Did you give QuagaarWarrior's suggestion a shot?
