daj554 Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 Already have 16 settlements owned by minutemen, yes i already checked using console commands, yes the settlements are fully fortified with needs of settlers met (food, water, defense,etc), yes castle is unlocked, yes i'm enemies with institute and brotherhood. Yet the quests still wont progress I've been all over the internet looking for an answer to no avail. I even already tried having preston as follower and still that didn't progress the quest None of my mods affect quests in any way cause most of them are weapon mods and outfit modsIs there any way i can progress this quest without using console commands?
