My Vortex will not deploy mods

Hi everyone, I've been having an issue for the past few months. So I've installed several mods, around 10 all of which are enabled, and are present in the mod files, however most of them are not appearing in the plugins, and are also not working in game. The thing I find most confusing is that for some reason 4 of the mods have worked perfectly fine, and are present in plugins, for no discernible reason. I will admit that I am rather incompetent with computers, but even after watching multiple tutorials, I still haven't been able to figure this out.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the same boat as you, @Maya616; stepped away from Skyrim SE for a spell and came back, updated old mods & deployed yet the "plugins" section just has the spinning arrows go for hours. Other games in Vortex are working fine (Fallout 4, Cyberpunk 2077, etc.). It's using hardlink deployment for the game and the stable/non-beta version of Vortex, and I've never had this particular issue before despite routinely using a metric ton of mods (mostly FE/ESL). Wondering if I should purge the links and try again to see if that resolves the problem. edit - of note, I wonder if it has to do with the most recent LOOT update. Could be worth reinstalling that again.

 

Edit #2 - re-ran Nemesis, reinstalled LOOT, plugins finally sorted after the "usual eternity" rather than a literal one.
