Prosthetics
Hello All, I made two small ESM files to modify the faces of two NPCs. One removes the war paint on Senna and the other removes the 50 lbs of makeup that Camilla wears. Both mods are at the bottom of my load order, but their faces are still vanilla. I tried deactivating all mods except Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, and Camilla's morph file, but alas to no avail. I double checked to make sure that the face is properly modified in the Creation Kit (IE the esp file saved), and it is. Anybody know what the issue could be? stratogroove
Go back in, and click on the NPC's, Don't open them up to be edited, just to highlight them. Then press ctrl f4. A box will pop and ask you a question. Can't remember the wording, but click yes. It'll make a new DDS file and folder with your changes. A really drawn out way of doing things. Only problem is the lips will be the default light pink color. I don't know how to fix that. I was looking for a fix for that, and seen this, decided to give you a hand. Prosthetics
Upon highlighting Camila in the Object Window and pressing ctrl+f4, nothing happens :/ Edit: Apparently it doesn't like when I search for them. Have to find them manually and do this -_- Thanks man! Edited June 15, 2012 by Prosthetics
Bolisaris
I tried this fix, and although the process worked in so much as it created the new files in my mod folder, when I start the game the actor still has a dark face. I then saved my plug in file and restarted the editor, still the face in-game is dark. I even tried converting the esp into esm and trying that in game still the same.So the fix does not work for me. With this bug prevelant how are we suppose to make good mods, shame on you Bethusda. Edited June 22, 2012 by Bolisaris
