Perk mods conflict?

Hey all, just had a bit of a burning question. My question is to all modders out there regarding these two mods that alter perk trees quite significantly, I was hoping anyone who has had some experience with the two might have run into this.

 

What I would like to do is utilize the new conjuration tree from PsiKotics Necromancy Mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16394) and SkyRe - Skyrim Redone

(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9286). I was thinking that if I loaded the necro mod after skyre that it would only replace the conjuration tree (overwriting the skyre conjuration tree) and leave the other perk trees the way skyre has made them (since all the necro thing alters besides that is just new spells). I don't know if it would work properly this way however, has anyone tried? My computer exploded kinda so can't test it out at the moment.
