Skyrim crash to desktop/

Hello, lately I've been having issues with skyrim crashing specifically around lakeview manor. There isn't a freeze beforehand. it's just either come close to it and instant crash to desktop, as if it were closed by task manager or it happens in loading screen.

My PC has:

16 GB Ram
Intel i5 7600k
Nvidia 1060 6gb

These are all the mods I currently have enabled, Although I would like to also add a flora and lighting overhaul, since the crashes I refrained from doing so. The things I have already tried:
Completely erasing all my mods and every single bit of data about skyrim from my computer and then reinstalling it all.

Using a mod organizer

I would really like help with this, I've spent hours upon hours getting my character as far as it is now, and I've spent almost as many hours trying to fix this issue. Thank you in advance.
