Wrye Bash just refuses to work

Hello.

Today decided to dive back into skyrim and well got stuck.

Downloaded Wrye Bash 297. Everything worked great but then ive decided to click in settings " check for updates ", it checked for updates and said that there are no new updates available. Then I saw option for " check for updates every week/day/ months e.t.c. I have chosen "day" clicked it, instantly some window popped out in top left corner. I didn't not read it, it had 3 lines, my idea was that it just confirmed the change of settings.

I've closed the program and now when I try to run it, it makes all initializations, loads up for 0.5 secs you can see the same window in left corner and instantly closes down without ANY kind of error or message what so ever....

I have tired to reinstall several times, to run with/ without admin, tried all compatibility modes. Deleted , restarted pc, installed not standalone version but the python one. SAME thing. Scanned registry for traces. NOTHING is left and it simply refuses to work now.

Please help me solve this absolutely random problem. Wrye bash is a must imo.
