Character face (somewhat) resetting after reloading

Alright, so I just finished downloading everything off of Bevlix' Mod List . The only other mods I downloaded that weren't on the list were Less Annoying Magic, Tamriel Travellers, Sounds of Cyrodiil and Cyrodiil Travel Services.

 

I'm not sure if it's an OCO problem or what but my characters face goes from what I set it to, then suddenly becomes old when I save, exit and reload the game. (It also happens when I just save and reload)

As you can see, All the sliders are still in the same position after reloading:

 

 

The weird thing is, if I edit the race again, either before or after exiting the sewers, and move one of the face sliders even a point in, It all reverts back to what my character looked like before reloading. But still, saving and reloading again will undo all my changes and revert it back to the old look. I'm not sure what's causing it. I'm certain I installed everything in the right order and installed it correctly. I followed the mod list to a T. I'm using OCO seamless along with the nude optional file, along with OCOv2 (obviously). Is there any fixes? I started a completely new, clean save about 3 times.
