hangarspace
Looks like it is an onboard graphics chip, generally they aren't great but should allow you to play the game on medium settings. Before I upgraded my graphics I was using the same intel on board type of graphics and getting mid to high 20 fps on an i5 2500, but it looked awful in comparison to what the game is capable of. Things to check, firstly check what else is running in windows to make sure you are getting as much CPU power to the game, uninstall any bloatware that may have been supplied with the pc and if you are running any anti-virus or malware software check it is not doing a system scan whilst playing. Also check that you're windows and drivers are fully up to date. Next up, adding graphical mods and textures is only likely to result in slower performance so remove them for now, then check what resolution you are playing the game, if 1920x1080 reduce it down a level or two and make sure AA is turned off. There are a number of other graphics tweaks you can do to help improve performance, but you'll need to search the forums to find them. There is also one mod that improves the compression or something of the standard textures which also helps, but sorry I can't remember it's name. Ultimately, I think you'll find yourself wanting to upgrade the graphics card to make the most of the game, so start saving! Chris
David Brasher
You can't really play Skyrim with an original integral graphics chip. You will need a graphics card.
