There's a real dearth of melee weapon mods in New Vegas, which is a shame since the melee weapons are the most disappointing aspect of the game, in my opinion (legion machetes and bumper swords are just... ugly). I don't know the first thing about modeling/texturing, so it'd be a real help if someone could make this bad boy:

The handle seems like it'd be easy enough- just use the kitchen knife, though the blade part would need adjustments- it has a T-shaped cross-section, so simply extending the kitchen knife blade wouldn't do (or maybe it'd involve new normal maps? I honestly don't know which way would be preferable).

I'm afraid I can't help you with the T shaped cross section, but stretch out the mesh for the blade would be quick work. Something you might consider and let me know *if* someone more capable doesn't fulfill your request in a more capable way.
