Hunt2die has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of two mods each containing a piece of music by another creator/right holder without the right holders‘ permission for use and redistribution.

 

Mods uploaded (title):

Fallout 76 Main theme (Country Roads)

Fallout 76 Main Theme

 

In „Permissions and credits“ of both mods the user stated for „Asset use permission“:

„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“.

The user has not provided the corresponding licenses from the right holers/owners of these assets used in the mods/files for giving such permission.

User submissions which include copyrighted content, be it game files or images, are prohibited unless proper permission has been granted by the property owner or appropriate representation.
