LE Black bomb spell (tailed beast bomb)

ive been playing skyrim for a long time now and i tend to use anime inspired mods like the naruto ultimate overhaul and the uchiha clan, i thought having a spell like the tailed beast bomb would be cool, a simple black/purple orb projectile with a somewhat large blast radius and lingers for a second or two for visual effect, the spell should be a master level spell and expensive to use requiring both hands to cast (possibly even a much weaker and less expensive one handed version)

 

 

 

if someone could make this a mod or if it already exists then i would be very happy and i imagine it would be simple to make provided you know what your doing whereas i sadly do not
