CurlyGoats
For example 'painting' over a the BOS insignia on power armor to make it neutral or painting another faction insignia over it. So you could be rocking Enclave armor with a FOTA insignia on it. Or even making 'stickers' to place on your armor to signify your standing with non friendly factions, for example a "f*#@ NCR" sticker to put on your sleeve. Deleted53139156User
I don't think any exist though one could probably be made by using an armor on a work bench with a paint gun and the end result of the recipe be a duplicate of the armor item minus the current faction script with a new texture. But that would require a lot of new armor model textures.
dubiousintent
Just to clarify: the "faction" association to a piece of armor has nothing to do with the texture ("paint job"). Please see the 'Factions, Stealing and Ownership' section of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article. -Dubious-

There are decals that use the body slot(s), and object scripts for the factions, but swapping them on the fly without affecting the base form (ie all the armors of that type) would be something I wouldn't want to tangle with. On the other hand creating a new base form via a recipe would avoid all those problems. Just add the armor as an ingredient and out comes a new armor with the sticker you want (and a faction affiliation). The only downside I see to that method would be cluttering up your recipes a bit. The same mod would have the add to forms so everything is aware of teh new armor. I have a female boxer and some other requests to do, but if your still interested in this and in the method described above, let me know and I'll whip something up for you to play test.
