How to achieve this view using OGE? (extended cliping distance?)

So I need to extend clipping plane or something?

 

I have OBGE + LLOD module installed with LOD meshes http://web.archive.org/web/20120504105233/http://obge.paradice-insight.us/wiki/LLOD_(Module)

and this ini settings:

OBGE.ini

[General]
bEnabled=1
bEnableLOD=1
bEnabledLOD=1		
 
[Shaders]
bUseShaderOverride=1		
bSaveShaderOverride=1		
bCompileSources=1		
				
bRuntimeSources=1	

I also set Distance=983040.0000 in Oblivion.ini

 

Yet it does not work! I cant see that far (mountains pop in in the distance (same as vanilla), only half of the map is rendered

 

then I run the Landscape LOD generator tes4ll https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40549

and still nothing.

 

How to make it work?
