I keep getting the Yellow n' Black Exclamation mark thing.

This happens a lot, but randomly, usually when a Gas Arrow(Thieves Arsenal) lands on the ground, and a water arrow takes out a flame/light, both just for a split second. It also happens right on me when I am on a horse, and sometimes makes my hair vanish(Mystic Elf race.) Strangest thing is, it never happened before I installed Deadly Reflexes.

reinstall all the mods with the problem and make sure they're loaded last or something
