There are parts of snowy mountains and rocks that are shiny. I tired to disable some mods and enb, but to no avail.

My PC configuration:

GTX1080Ti
i9-7900X 3.31GHz
16GB RAM
64bit
Windows 10
Resolution: 2560x1440

Mods that I use:

Verdant 1.6.1 SSE Edition
Photorealistic Tamriel
NAT Stand Alone - 0.4.2 c
Enhanced Lights and FX
Skyrim Flora Overhaul SE v2.72a
Nordic Snow 3.4.2
Skyrim 2017 Textures
Enhanced Textures Detail (UV-tweaks)
Static Mesh Improvement Mod
Forgotten Retex Project
High Poly Project
Realistic Water Two
Gecko's 4K Mountain Textures (4096)
Footprints 1.5.3
SSE Texture Pack - Osmodius

Have you tried disabling the snow shader that comes with SE?

Also does that list of mods represent the order they have been installed?

Yes, snow shader is disabled. The list of mods don't represent the order they've been installed. I'm use LOOT to sort the order.

Nordic Snow fixed this for me, and it looks realistic to me. The plugin order doesn't matter at all. Nordic Snow doesn't even have a plugin. If you use a mod manager, move Nordic Snow down your list of mods until the textures show up in game. If you're not using a mod manager, simply reinstall Nordic Snow.

Thanks for trying to help. I put Nordic snow in the bottom of the loading order but that still didn't fix the problem.
