I have a lot of different cells and a specific sleep/eat area for the guards. I would like to know if anybody has the AI for a guard that I can borrow? I want them to sleep eat and stuff. I would copy a city guard, but I don't want the guards for my castle to arrest anyone. Can someone link me up with a tutorial or tell me how I would go about doing this? ManBreakfast Posted August 7, 2008 Share Posted August 7, 2008 I'm no AI Master, and I'm not sure if this would be any help, but if you don't want them to arrest anyone, then don't use a guard's AI. Use a normal NPC AI. You might need to make a new faction for them, and if you want them to guard you, then you need to be in the faction too. You need to set paths for the NPC's if you want them to go to specific places (patrol, etc.). There is a way i think when you double click the NPC on the menu, you can tell it what to do, and on what time of day, and for how long (like wander 60, eat 10, sleep 30). Also, you need to put lots of food in their eating quarters, because they will be angry if they run out of food ;). I'll try to find a tutorial i saw back a bit. Oh, here it is.
