CTD when entering locations

[Breeaannah]

Hi. Almost every time I enter the Ragged Flagon or the Cistern I get a CTD. Sometimes it happens when I leave Breezehome or rarely in random locations. It stared yesterday (I haven't installed any new mods). I have Dawn of Skyrim (director's cut) and elianora's Breezehome installed, can I disable/unistall them to check if they are the reason of CTDs? Won't it create any new issues?

I also have safety load and crash fixes. I use LOOT, but it doesn't help in this case.
