Then you need to make your interior a world space and add a sky. It would work the same way as an interior - just add the interior statics to your worldspace above the ground.

You can have sky in an interior cell, as stated earler, put a tick in the Show Sky checkbox & specify a sky region.

E.g. look at the entrance area of Bleak Falls Barrow (Cell BleakFallsBarrow01), you can see the sky through the holes in the ceiling (if you are looking in the editor don't forget to press the sky button in the toolbar).

And then? Thats not the Answear of my Question. I want an Sky over an INTERIOR, a ROOM without a Ceilling, just with the SKY.

That is the answer to your question. If you check the show sky box your interior space will have a sky if you have a room with a ceiling, without a ceiling or have nothing at all in there.

Umm there is one small issue with what he wants... the majority of kits has a ceiling, wall(s), and the floor for edges and corners, and middle parts is ceiling and floor. He will be hard pressed to make rooms that have no ceiling showing the sky. So thus interior is not easily possible. He will need to use exterior kit parts for the actual structure and just make a worldspace.
