Vault 88 Issue

Have a fair few mods installed but hopefully someone can tell me which one(s) are breaking the Vault-Tec DLC.

 

The problem is two fold:

 

1) All NPC AI is broken throughout the vault caves/subway sections. Enemies will spawn but just stand there unless you get like right in their face. Similarly companions and the overseer refuse to move around.

 

2) Killing enemies/accessing the sub section workbenches break saving. Any attempt to save after doing either leads to a CTD.
