Making a "Tactical" M1911

I have been looking for a "tactical" M1911. For a easy way to begin the description if any of you have ever used Ahztek's Weapon Overhaul in that mod he had a MEUSOC M1911. I pretty much want that, except with a railed frame, and an extended threaded barrel, and preferably no wrap around grips. so pretty much:

 

3 hole trigger

Commander hammer

Front and rear cocking serrations

Novak Low Profile Sights

Extended Beaver Tail

Extended Ejection Port

Railed Frame

Extended Threaded barrel

5 inch full length barrel (of course it will be a little longer to accomadate the suppressor)

 

 

That about sums up what I am looking for, unfortunately I have yet to find one to meet the spec. If someone can do this I would really appreciate it. If it is possible to take the MEUSOC and base it off that then if you can please try to explain to me how cause I will give it a shot, but if you can't explain it but are willing to do it that is awesome to ^_^

 

If anyone is willing to take this up, and you will use the MEUSOC from ahzteks overhaul please don't use the MEUSOC that is currently posted on the nexus. the MEUSOC on the nexus is a standalone, and the gun has also been changed. when equiped the m1911 is about the size of a makarov. I have the ahztek overhaul, and the original MEUSOC so if you would need it let me know.

Alright since it seems no one would be willing to do this.... What do I need to open a mesh in blender? What version and add ons will I need to open the NIF and DDS files in blender? I try google search but I mostly get oblivion things, and I doubt they both use the same thing, but hey I could be wrong.
