Skyrim crashes when I encounter a NPC?

So I've installed Skyrim again so I can finally finish the main quest after like 700 hours of playing most mod quests. I've installed all the roleplay mods, installing in segments of like 4 or 5 mods at a time and testing after installing each chunk. It was working totally fine until I installed the latest chunk. I will put my load order here, as well as my mod application log (in order of installation). I'm just hoping someone will be able to help me.
