Problem between Skyrim SE, Relationship Dialog Overhaul, and Fallout New Vegas

I have a problem with my SE skyrim where when i try to launch the game with RDO enabled it starts loading for about 10 seconds but then it just stops loading and gives me the option to load up skyrim again but the same thing happens over and over no message of error or nothing.

There is a really easy way to get around it by just disabling the mod but if anyone knows how to fix it then that would be great to know so i can keep the mod

Maybe it's just because I'm playing LE but I've never had an issue with RDO. Did you make sure to follow the author's recommended load order? i.e. Making sure RDO loads AFTER Live Another Life, if you have it.
