Overexposed colors, everything is too bright

So after installing ENBoost and disabling the graphics part to stabilize my game the game became super overexposed. I tried uninstalling the ENB, tweaking the Skyrimprefs.ini and also disabling the lightning overhaul but none of these actions had an effect, so I have no idea what the cause could be I got my load order sorted by LOOT so that shouldn't be a problem too.

Post your load order, or at least your graphical mods. You can also try to disable ENBoost to see if that really is the culprit. You can also install IMAGINATOR mod to control the lighting in game.

I've removed the ENB using ENB and ReShade manager but the problem's still present
