Someone told me about going to the Catalyst Control Center and disable two settings, but I don't know: What directory it's in. Or what they were called. Help? Please? I beg of you? kailp
How did you remove that? I may be a graphic designer, but I'm beginning to learn I'm not tech-savvy.... Lol
sagaer
run the catalyst installer, then choose "delete" and choose the second option (not extra but something else) and then choose desktop driver for removing (sry for my english) Edited June 14, 2012 by sagaer
kailp
Hmmm... Seems I don't have a desktop driver option. But hey, I realized I updated my graphics a few months ago, and I'm pretty sure it caused the problem. I'm running on a Compaq Presario CQ56-115DX, so I'm downloading the driver that came with it. Pray with me! XD Thanks!
kailp
Damn Windows 8.... It's not compatible. I DO know it's my driver. I disabled the driver and had no pproblems other than extreme lagging. Can anyone find a different driver? I've looked everywhere D:
bben46
Win8 is still a beta. Very few drivers are available yet. Those that are are likely beta also and my not be readily available, or just available on the ATI site Basic things to doRun the video in it's native resolution - example: If you have a 1024x768 monitor use that resolution for the best results.Check the ATI site to see if they have any beta drivers specifically for Win8 yetCheck the forums on the ATI site for hints
