PCGamer5
I bought Skyrim on launch day like many of you, and, ever since my very first playthrough, I have always sided with the Stormcloaks regardless of my character's race. Now, I am planning to create an Imperial character who will escape with Hadvar, join the Legion, and reunify Skyrim. Who knows, it may change my opinion of the Civil War, though, my reasons for siding with the Stormcloaks is based on lore and past games. I want a fitting name for my Imperial character because I intend to name him after historical figures of Ancient Rome. I was going to go along with Julius Caesar, but, my character will never be Emperor, or Tullius's superior. I was thinking Marc Antony, Brutus, Cassius, Nero, any name of a historical figure that would fit with my character; I thought of going with Constantine, but, the Legion is not fighting for worship of Talos like Constantine was fighting for Christianity. Heartcloud
Bob. It's a video game character in a single-player game, how many times is your guy's name gonna appear in the game? Some people are way too serious about games.

Suggestions? My first caracter was only Dovahkiin, and the second was Ezio Auditore ( from Assassin´s Creed 2),maybe you could put like my second character,Ezio Auditore or Lucan Auditore ( Lucan is one of the Guardians of the Templars and also my third character but his second name was not Auditore ok?I like the name Auditore. ). Edited June 14, 2012 by Dovahkiin069
BrettM
Since the most famous of the earlier dragonborn -- Alessia, Reman, and Tiber Septim -- were all founders of empires, why not go with Romulus or Remus as a first name?
xlcr
Tiberius. Tiberius was one of Rome's greatest generals, conquering Pannonia, Dalmatia, Raetia, and temporarily Germania; laying the foundations for the northern frontier. But he came to be remembered as a dark, reclusive, and sombre ruler who never really desired to be emperor; Pliny the Elder called him tristissimus hominum, "the gloomiest of men." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiberius
Amphibian
Be aware that most imperial names are composite. As a suggestion, why not Lucius Vorenus, from HBO series Rome? Edited June 14, 2012 by Amphibian
DigiGuy777
Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa Living from 63-12 BC, Agrippa lived during a time of great Roman generals such as Julius Caesar and Pompey, and served as the highest ranking and most respected military leader under Rome’s greatest emperor: Augustus Caesar. Agrippa was one of Augustus’s (then called Octavian) best friends throughout his early life, and rose to power with Octavian as he was Julius Caesar’s adopted nephew, and was appointed governor of Gaul in 39 or 38 BC. Agrippa was hailed throughout Rome for quelling a Gallic rebellion, and became famous for refusing to have a triumph help for him. Octavian then seized control of the Roman Empire when Agrippa won his most famous victory, the naval clash between the Egyptian forces of Marc Antony and Cleopatra VII, the Battle of Actium in 31 BC. Agrippa participated in minor campaigns in 34 and 33 BC, before leading massive projects to beautify Rome, ordering for the large aqueduct Aqua Marcia to be renovated, and cleaned out the sewers and plumbing systems. This later prompted Augustus to state that he had “found a city of brick and left it a city of marble.” In his later years Agrippa charted geography, carried out surveys of the empire’s citizens, and helped to secure the new empire government system and added his own ideas to how it should be maintained. This guy to Rome was like Patton was to WWII. Hope this helps.
DigiGuy777
Just thought of another possibility that ties more into the Lore of the game. Since one of the main races are Nords here is an actual Nord name. ÁSMUNDR: Old Norse name composed of the elements áss "god, divinity," and mundr "protection," hence "divine protection."
