Attack animations not showing

Okay every time I try to attack my character can do a few swings then all of a sudden she stands completely rigid (Like stuck doing a jumping jack) and does no more animations. I can sitll do damage, but the attack animation isn't showing. This has also been applying to the NPC's as well, they don't seem to be doing the attack animations either. I've been having some animation issues also. I uninstalled FNIS and any mods that involved animations, idles, poses, etc. and haven't seen any problems yet. Something they did isn't working with animation mods.
