I finally figured it out, all this time i thought it was a hardware problem, but it isn't. The problem isn't you your video card, it is your network adapter causing in game stutter, after this fix i had a fairly big frame jump :biggrin:. also somehow how it increases boot times as well, 5secs for me. how to---------1.RightClick "MyComputer"2.Select "Manage"3.Click on "Device Manager"4.DoubleClick on your NIC under "Network Adapters"5.In the new window, select the "Advanced" tab6.Select "Connection Type" and manuelly set the value of your NIC.
