LE REQUEST : Warhammer Orc / Ork playable character

Hey there guys, I was wondering how feasible it would be to add or modify into the game the Warhammer / WH40K Orc / Ork race?

 

I would love to do this myself but have no idea how to, and I've never done any modding before.

 

Would someone be able to tell me how to make mods, perhaps link a few tutorials on adding / modifying races within the game?

 

Of course, if someone is able to, could you please add the Warhammer Orcs into the game?
