Millor
So I got a whole bunch of questions and if anyone would be able to answer what ever they could I would be very grateful. I'm using the nexus mod manager, is this worth using? Or should I stick to FOMM? Is it okay to download mods by hitting download now on the front page of the mod? Or do I need to hit download now I each necessary file on the downloads page? I accidentally installed regular NVSE first, if I take the 4gb version of script extender and just overwrite the old NVSE the mod manager will run the 4gb version correctly right? When I download project Nevada with it, do I need to install the DLC support/EVE/WME support patches? (I am using those mods afterall) When I try to activate them on the nexus mod manager it says there is an older version of project nevada detected (2.5) and the new version is 1.1 (what the?) do I not use the patches, do Ignore the update part? or what? Half the mods have the yellow ! sign next to them, Is this a problem? Some of the mods aren't showing up on the plugin list, is this a problem? Why do all of the Ojo Bueno files show up as architecture V2 - Novac motel? If I download ojo bueno do I not need to use NMC texture repack? or do they re texture different things? Why does my NMC texture download stop at 97% and say unable to download file? With a GTX560Ti, Intel core i5-2500k @3.3GHz, and 8 gigs of ram I should be able to run the texture packs fine right? Cyberlazy
Not many mods work with NMM yet, you are likey better off using FOMM for the most part. Install the 4gb script extender combo over the regular script extender, it will be fine. your video card has 1gig of video memory, thats pertty good for the medium and maybe even the large packs.Get GPU-z and take a look at your video memory usage next time you crash to desktop, if it hit 1024 just before it crashed then you need to use smaller texture packs (Or put up with freqent crashes, or restart FONV more often)
