Velvet Curtain and Survival Guide Help

I am nearing the end of both the Wasteland Survival Guide, and I've done really well. I've also come to the near end of the Velvet Curtain quest as well. Problem is I think I need to do a console command on each and not sure which. Let me explain.

 

In Wasteland Survival Guide, I have achieved ALL of the optional Quests. But I had already raided the Arlington Library, and as such, the objectives never appeared on my screen. Moria did however take both the Library and Archive tapes off of my hands, so I might, MIGHT be good there. Still, if I'm not, I need to know how to fix it, hopefully without damaging the bonus/dialogue chain I've already built up.

 

The Velvet Curtain, it says I haven';t gotten the debriefing out of the locker at the pier, but I already did. It's what started the quest. Furthermore, taking all in the locker does nothing to change it. This might not be a problem, except that having gotten into the Chinese bunker, there's a door that won't open, says it opens from elsewhere. I might have done something wrong, but I'm thinking it's a glitch of some kind.

 

So, I think I'm dealing with bugs here. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I remember of the velvet curtain quest, there should be a door in the bunker that can be opened either by a robot or from a hidden fusebox. If it's the room with the pipes around the top, the vent on the floor, and the terminal on the far wall then you've almost finished the quest.

Hey I found the switch. When I activate it, it does nothing. And the door doesn't open either. Edited June 15, 2012 by charwo
