reefy321
Hello all, I can't seem to find the answer to my question - I created a custom NPC/follower as I've done many times. Most everything works correctly, and when I created this NPC, I intended for them to be a destruction mage. However, I didn't notice until 10-15 levels later that the Stat/Class in CK was set incorrectly from the start, so the skill points calculated in the wrong areas, not allowing her to cast anything above apprentice level spells. Is there a way to get the software to recalculate the correct stats after the fact?? I've changed the class in CK to CombatMageDestruciton, where it should have been from the start, but this obviously will not change anything from the previous 15 levels. Thanks in advance. reefy321
OK - I figured it out. If this happens to you, what you'll need to do is dismiss the follower and make a save. Exit the game, and reload Skyrim WITHOUT the mod. Make a new save without the mod enabled and exit the game again. Finally, enable the mod and reload Skyrim. Once you encounter the follower again, it will be as if you've never used them in the game before. Their stats will be set to the proper levels. Make sure that you remove any items from your NPC before you do this. Their inventory will NOT be saved.
