Crashing when attempting to load an outdoor area

Hi

Not sure what the problem is. I have a powerful rig built last year that shouldn't have trouble running this game; I installed a bunch of texture mods and a handful of other mods and, as usual, made the mistake of installing multiple at once. This problem occurs before I'm able to see the game world rendered (as in, it freezes while still on the loading screen) but doesn't seem to occur while in any interior cell such as caves, houses etc.

NVSE Log - falloutnv_error.log: https://pastebin.com/J26GfT58

Based on the final lines in falloutnv_error.log, I would assume that the game is having trouble loading textures, but I don't imagine this would cause a crash. I have tried verifying integrity of game cache with no success, sorted load order with LOOT, and have rebuilt the Bashed Patch multiple times. I do not have the 4gb patch, though I have already tried setting DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=496 with no success.

Any help is appreciated, thanks for reading.

That load order is not sorted correctly.

Please see the 'Vanilla "Load Order"' entry in the 'First Timer Advice' section; and 'Common Game Problems' section, of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

If the problem persists, then see either the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' or the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

I recommend you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV.

The size of your image files also has an impact. Larger/higher resolution is not always "better". Please see the wiki "Display resolution versus Image Size" article. Your recent hardware is not likely to be the problem. The age of the game and it's initial design constraints are. Better hardware can't (by itself) solve all problems.
