devinpatterson Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Hello. I need to get a handle on how to create Niviscontroller nodes on various items (hat, gun, even clothes) in my bot models. It's for some robot companions (cowgirl eyebot and protectron peace officer), so that they will be able to change weapons, add and remove a hat etc, while retaining the same refID/model. I was wondering if anyone else had done something similar or had run across some good tutorials or even example mods? I'v contacted the mydog author, who makes extensive use of the nodes in his mod, and have found a few references in TES construction set wiki basic animation tutorial, but it only touches briefly on Niviscontrollers with a prepackaged KF.
