Hi! I had to format my computer, but I backupped my skyrim saves before doing that. Now I can't remember all the mods I used. Do the save files contain information about active mods, and if they do, is there any way for getting that information?

Yes Wrye Bash http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1840 can do this for you
