Can't load save from my other computer

[NioXvX]

I recently built a new computer and redownloaded NMM and all of my mods that I was using with my old save. NMM says all of the mods are installed and functioning properly. I've configured everything I need to, however, when I try to load the old save file either through steam or by launching through NMM it says the save relies on content no longer present and displays a list of every single mod I had on the game.

 

I really don't want to lose this save cuz it's my highest level character and everything was the way I wanted it. Can anyone give me advice on what's wrong??
