Still Having Crash Issues

Intel Core i5-4690k 3.50GHz, no overclock
GTX 970 4GB
Resolution: 1920x1080
16GB RAM
271GB free of 931GB on my D drive (where NV is installed)
On a tower custom built

 

Windows 10 Home Version 1803 64bit

OS build 17134.285

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas

All DLC

Cant find where the game vuild/version/patch is but the up to date steam version if that helps

have LOOT installed never used it, NVSE, 4GB patcher

Tried installing ENB caused some Gamebryo error all files are now deleted, disabled steam overlay

Verified local files and the INIs are all good

Finished the game without any mods for my first playthrough (around 30h) and had only 1 or 2 crashes most in that time, i think it was 1

Never managed to have a stable modded game

I have the thing where the file extensions are part of the file name on

 

I do have an error log if that helps anyone but cant upload it to this post (it is a .log file), and don't want to include it in my post because it is long AF.

There are some problems with that "load order".

 

First of all, use LOOT. It's only purpose in life is sorting your "load order" properly.

 

Second, use only "Nevada Skies - Ultimate DLC Edition.esp", because you have all the DLC installed. The "Basic Editoin" is for when you aren't including the DLC. Don't use both.

 

Third, by the same token, move any plugins you do not have "active" out of the game "Data" folder. They count against the plugin cap and can cause problems.

 

I recommend you read the entire "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article to understand the differences between this game and others you may have experience with; especially if this is your first attempt to mod FNV.

You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. It is discussed in that wiki article. Also, pay particular attention to the 'Common Game Problems' section.
