ENB Help???

Hey there, I'm a relatively inexperienced modder and there's really only one thing I want for Christmas and that's DOF in Skyrim. I've been searching for a DOF mod for awhile now and the only results I can find are ENB related.

Problem is I have no idea how to use the ENB series.

I have FXAA process injector installed if that means anything, but essentially all I really want is a great DOF effect in the game, and if anyone here could help in any way that would be much appreciated :)
