Simple UI request

I was wondering if there is a way so that when you mouse over a npc or creature from a distance it would show their name and health like it does when you are right next to them. I'm wondering because I recently downloaded the OOO add-on and with the different variety in creatures and what have you in the game now it's kind of a pain when I hurl a fireball at something I think is going to be a decent fight for me and in turn it eats my face. If there is already a mod like this out there could you please point me to it i have searched a few sites and haven't been able to find anything yet.
