Hello, I'm a newbie

So I would like some help.

 

I figured that this would be the best place to ask for someone to help me with the actual mod creation, since I can't (and most certainly won't be able to in the forseeable future) get the GECK editor since my copies of Fallout 3 and New Vegas are for the PS3.

 

I have a pretty good idea of what the mod is going to be like (more similar to a DLC, with new quests, characters, creatures, locations, items, etc), and an overall plot and a few quest lines already written out. If anyone could take that and make it into a mod or help with some of the mod creation, I would really appreciate it.

 

If anyone could review my plot, quest lines and characters and give me feedback, that would be great too.
