Can not Load Files

I am currently unable to load files when rentering my game (I am HOWEVER able to load files when i die) my mods are liked below along with a file attach to the post. when trying to load a file i am (if in the main menu) met with the logo and mouse icon, when making a new game and trying to load an old file i am met with a infinite loading screen (I am able to create new characters, and this is a problem with ALL characters every time i enter my game i know i will HAVE to make a New Character EVERY TIME because i cant load ANYSAVES)
