Can't start SKSE64

Hello guys iam new to the forum but not to skyrim modding,

I decided a few days to move from oldrim to SSE and I installed a lot of mods and everything worked out well so far, but now out of nowhere skse64 stopped working.

I lauch Skse and a black window shows up and in less than one second it's gone and nothing happens, no game lauching no error, nothing

The game works perfect if i launch it from skyrim SE via steam, but its not a solution because i have a lot of mods that only work with SKSE running.

I have installed SKSE64 2.0.8

I'll attach my mod list (which was ordered by LOOT)

I did some research in the matter and some people say that sometimes it happens when you put 32bit mods in 64 bit skyrim version, im pretty sure this isn't the issue because until yesterday skse WAS running perfectly and now today when i came back it stopped working (also, this 32 bit mods aren't skse mods, just a couple of textures nothing more)

I also use ENB PTR 6.1

I hope you guys can help me, this was my experience of a really REALLY stable skyrim so far and now i cannot play...

i got exactly the same problem. has anybody an idea what we did wrong?
