So there's a couple of potential issues/fixes at play here since you're using MO2:

1) I see you have both Racemenu and EnhancedCharacterEdit installed and activated at the same time. Don't do that. Those mods are highly incompatible and overwrite each other. For whichever preset you want to use, have only the respective character-builder mod activated. You may even need to uninstall the other mod.

Do this first before trying further steps.

2) If you haven't already, save your own preset while using Racemenu. This will create the necessary file path (data>skse>....presets). Frequently presets won't load because the mod can't find the file path to put the .jslot file into. Then, re-install the preset mod.

3) When using MO2 you shouldn't have to put your mods into your Skyrim data directory folder. The whole point of using MO2 is that it creates what is known as "virtual" file systems: it doesn't actually install the mods into your data folder but rather temporarily activates them prior to starting the game. That doesn't mean much from a practical standpoint, but the important take away is that you likely have manually installed your presets in the wrong folder.

Check your data tab in the right-window screen of MO2. You should see your presets located in the same file directory that you would expect (e.g. data>skse>....presets). If not, MO2 isn't finding the preset to load into the game despite it being installed on the left-screen.

Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. I saved a preset during character creation in RaceMenu but still no path in SKSE in the Skyrim Special Edition Folder. I tried your suggestions.... Do you have any new ideas?

Normally, presets are stored to/located in /Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/Data/SKSE/Plugins/Chargen (any preset-associated nif) and .../Data/SKSE/Plugins/Chargen/presets (associated .jslot file)

When you initially open the preset tab of racemenu to load a preset, the panel that pops up is (for me) always blank. For a long time I thought that meant there weren't any presets or something had gone wrong. I don't recall exactly when I figured out I was incorrectly presuming the panel did something other than wasting space and clicked "load preset" anyway, but it took me quite a while as I didn't try loading a preset from shortly after beginning play (when I encountered that blank file panel) until almost 9 months later, sometime last fall.

So anyway, once the panel shows after clicking the Presets tab from the top-screen menu, I then click the Load Preset button (ignoring the empty panel) and navigate by folder to where the preset I want to use is saved.

If you already know this, my apologies. Just not sure if someone else is being confused by that panel that displays once you've clicked on the "Presets" tab.

If anyone searches for this I found the answer by accident. After saving a character in RACEMENU and shutting down the game, it put the preset in my overwrite folder. I just right-clicked the "overwrite" and made a new mod out of it then enabled the mod. I then took the preset file I downloaded and dropped it into the folder of the new mod...VOILA! No gimmicks, booted up the game, brought up showracemenu from the console, at the presets tab hit F9 (load presets) and there they were.
