Most hated enemy to fight?

I think I'd have to go with the Will o' the wisps only because I thought they were sort of cute at first. heh.

 

The ghosts are easy if you include a turn undead element in your bolt or as already stated, use silver or magical weapons (and who doesn't do that?).

i was going to say i hated clannfear matriarchs, those are really tough,but in reality they are so rare that wouldnt hurt a real good battle now and then, but by far... the most annoying creatures in the game were introduced by mmm... i am talking about the goblin assasins and the ghostly apparitions... just for being so buggy! i mean, it's ok, that they hurt you down to the bone... and you most likely die ten paces later because of their poison-curse.... but what really BUGS me off is that IF you survive, the damage they make becomes PERMANENT!! it's a shame that i had to disable them with a patch, because otherwise they would be in my hall of fame of the most respected *cough*..feared...*cough* creatures

My new most hated enemy is the Unholy Chaplain from the shadows of the necropolis mod. They attack you with a big friggin mace, a shield, and they heal themselves fairly often. It take around 10 minutes to kill one and I never use the kill command on Vinnies mods. Good thing the UCs are always alone, unless you aggro dudes and bring them to the UC. Every action is met with an equal and opposite reaction...Bull sh*t the UC takes a beating and beats back twice as hard :)

Land Dreughs. They're cool and all, but annoying as hell to kill.

As a melee fighter (I went through the game once as a mage), I just hate meeting 2+ humanoid enemies.
