Sudden conflict with outfits and missing SnB stuff

Recently came back to the game, got some new mods (you know how it is), but almost exclusively weapon and armour mods. I ran LOOT (which i've only now found out you're not reaaally supposed to do in the middle of a playthrough), and as I was recording a settlement tour, I noticed that some walls, doorways and "wall tops" (the little bit that differentiates between "regular" and multi-story walls) were missing. I think it's all from Snap n Build, but I see no reason for it to be missing all of a sudden. I hovered over some of the remaining walls in the buildings where some were missing, and some of them had no names (also SnB walls I think). And all of a sudden two parts of my outfit won't be on at the same time (The FOX Coat and Pastor's Vestments). They were both visible as normal when I was recording, so again, I see no reason for it to have stopped working (the FOX Coat was invisible but still equipped in the menu, I took it off and now I can only have one of them on at the same time). Can someone who knows what they're doing take a look at my load order to see if LOOT screwed anything up?

 

Worth noting: Some SnB bits were missing from my buildings, but I could just rebuild them from the menu, however the parts from SnB that expand on the vanilla wood/shack walls I can't find anymore. Do I need to somehow reset the workshop categories for them to re-appear?

Edit: I tried the FOX Coat with the Fancy Suit underneath, and that was still working (have used that before), so that makes the Pastor's Vestments not working even more confusing
