Mod issues help please

Alright so let me go with this as a start: I'm running 1.5 because I downgraded to 1.6 after buying it because of issues with 1.6. I'll probably upgrade but right now I had issues with it that were bothering me.... anyway it has come to my attention that several of my mods aren't working. Alright so my mods list:

 

Macho Dragons (Usually not running but I like to have a good laugh some times)

Swearing Mudcrabs

Enhanced Night

Enhanced Water

More Dynamic Snow

Cloaks (Not working for sure and I have tried Doy 9 and Dot 8)

Kill all NPCs - Including Children (Not working as well)

WARZONES (Not sure if this is working because I haven't explored enough yet)

Enhanced Blood (Can't really tell if this is working or not I come from Xbox 360 so everything looks a **** ton better)

Magicka Sabers (Not sure as well because I need my smelting up)

Build able House (Again not sure because I haven't played enough to know)

 

Anyway can anyone help me get these to work? I use NMM so that is how I'm downloading and checking them.
