Getting CTD's all over the place, please help!

So I followed this guide: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12562?tab=bugs and I was really happy with the result after downloading 400+ mods (got a high end system so I can handle it (I think)). It looked really good. When nearing the ending in the guide where he installed followers, I started getiing major CTDs... I instantly tried to fix it by disabling every single mod I downloaded in the past 4 hours before any CTDs which were around 150 mods but now I still have CTDs. First when I installed all mods (400+) I only had CTDs when entering the blacksmith area or if I was able to reach it when accessing the blacksmith forge and when that succeeded when scrolling fast through the menu. So the first thing I did was deinstalling every single armor and weapon mod. That fixed the enter forge area CTD but still caused CTD when going fast through menu. Then I started to mass delete mods, which could cause the CTD. That didnt really help, since that gave me CTDs on loadup or a black screen. When I checked if the mods I still had worked with eachother and had their patches I saw I forgot to deinstall follower mods. When I did that, the game suddenly seemd to work, yay! But no, when I wanted to fast travel anywhere I'm still getting CTDs. This is after deactivating 150+ mods and I'm really, really pissed right now, as I spent 30+ hours on this ''little'' project of mine. I honestly don't know what to do now... Anyone, please help! I've included screenshots of my current loadorder (which causes fast travel CTD) and all my mods. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out! Start over with fresh install. Install your mods (with each mod and its requirements installed, run your game to see if it works for you). Start a new game btw.

That's what I did when I started, and why I want to fix it so badly because it takes so long to install 400+ mods from nexus

Well, the basic rule for building up large (and working) load orders is "always test!".

If you follow a guide, only complete one "chapter" (e.g. landscape, towns etc.) at a time. Then use LOOT. Now do some testing with a new game (not a previous, modded savegame!). Play the game a bit, look at the results of your modding efforts so far, fasttravel to different locations, do a quest or two, get into some fights. Basic things you'd do while playing the game. If everything works fine, proceed to the next step in the guide. Else get issues sorted out before adding anything new.

This forum is full of posts from people with large loadorders and a CTD problem at some time. Helping in those cases is very difficult. Finding the "culprits" is a long an tedious process - if it is possible at all. So save your time and go step by step...
