senterpat
Hello, as the title states, I'm not able to see collision in Nifskope on FO4 nifs, checked on several world objects. I can still render the collision boxes for NV, so it isnt my settings (I think) Anyone have any insight into this? edit: Just in case someone asks, I do have "Show Collision" checked and the background and wireframes are set to different colors Edited October 2, 2018 by senterpat
deadbeeftffn
SInce NifSkope doesn't decode the standard bethesda collision object (bhkNPCollisionObject -> bhkPhysicsSystem), it can't be displayed. NifScope will only display newly (in NifSkope / self) created collisions. You can see collision meshes in CK. Press F4 in the preview window. senterpat
Ah I see, thanks. Seeing it in the CJ is useful, but I used to edit collision boxes in nifskope for most of my items, gotta learn new ways for every thing :-/. While youâre here, do you know if nifskope collision works in fo4?
deadbeeftffn
While youâre here, do you know if nifskope collision works in fo4?Yes. You have to use Elric to convert the "NifSkope-collision" into "FO4-collision". Elric is part of the CK located in your FO4 folder in tools/Elric. Read the README.txt!
