Visual scaling of destruction magic

There is a mod that makes magic overall scale with level, improving the usage of earlier spells and intensifying more current ones at the cost of magicka. But this doesn't seem to be represented visually. For example, as destruction increases, maybe flames becomes more intense, frostbite becomes thicker, sparks gains more jagged lightning bolts, etc., along with incremental increase in range. Another could be fire bolts could become larger, ice spikes could be longer, etc.

 

This I think is a nice idea to make a spellcasting character really feel stronger and more powerful, that even lower spells appear augmented.

 

Any thoughts? And could this even be done?
